In addition to this Help Center with many support articles and tutorials, Vibe has created helpful 1-2 minute videos on specific features in the Vibe Product Videos section of our website.

Vibe also offers complimentary support by chat and email for all customers. 

Customers can also schedule a Zoom meeting with the Vibe support team to discuss your questions, share screens, and/or provide training.

The US Support Team is available Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm Pacific Time and our offices are closed for national U.S. holidays. 

Our Global Support Team is available by email - simply email support@vibe.us to start a support ticket and we will be able to get back to you within 1 business day, if not sooner.
