In addition to this Help Center with many support articles and tutorials, Vibe has created helpful 1-2 minute videos on specific features in the Vibe Product Videos section of our website.

Vibe also offers complimentary support by phone, chat, and email for all customers. 

Current customers can always schedule a Zoom meeting with the Vibe support team to discuss your questions, share screens, and/or provide training.

Availability

The US Support Team is available by phone Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm Pacific Time and our offices are closed for national U.S. holidays. 

Our Global Support Team is available by email - simply email support@vibe.us to start a support ticket and we will be able to get back to you within 1 business day, if not sooner.

Do we have to pay for training or support?

No - we offer complimentary support and love to hear from our customers!
