How do I customize a Vibe screen saver?

Vibe can display images of your choice while it is not in use.

Vibe supports custom screen saver images and a slideshow mode. There are 2 different ways to customize Vibe's screen saver images.  You can either download an image using Vibe's Opera or Chrome browsers from Internet, or use a USB Flash Disk to save an image to Vibe's local storage.

Vibe accepts images of any size and will fit images to full screen.

For best quality, we recommend that you use UHD images (3840 x 2160).

Download images directly to Vibe board

  1. Open browser app (e.g. Opera or Chrome) in Vibe.
  2. Search for screen saver images, or navigate to an image URL.
  3. Download the image you'd like to use as screen saver.
  4. Open "Explorer" app, and navigate to "Internal Memory" - "Downloads".
  5. Long press the download image and press "Send to Wallpapers".
  6. Go to Settings - Screen Saver
  7. Select "Custom" to use the images in the Wallpaper folder, and turn on "Shuffle" if you want to enable slideshow.
  8. You can also turn on or off the "Vibe Cast Guide" if you do not want to display casting guide.

Use images from USB Flash Drive

Vibe supports file formats in FAT / FAT32 / NTFS / EXFAT, please make sure the USB Flash Disk is compatible.

  1. Plug USB Flash Drive to Vibe.
  2. Open "Explorer" app, and navigate to "USB".
  3. Long press the image you want to use as screen saver, and press "Send to Wallpapers".
  4. Go to Settings - Screen Saver
  5. Select "Custom" to use the images in the Wallpaper folder, and turn on "Shuffle" if you want to enable slideshow.
  6. You can also turn on or off the "Vibe Cast Guide" if you do not want to display casting guide.

All set! Vibe will now display customized images when it is idle.

If you have multiple images in Wallpapers folder and did not select shuffle, Vibe will randomly pick one when turning on the screen saver.

You can press the Home button in the middle of the bottom toolbar to view the screen saver immediately!
