You can screencast to Vibe from Mac/iOS, Windows, or Android.
This article applies to the Vibe Smartboard Pro 75″.
Depending on the operating system of your device, you can screencast to Vibe from Airplay, QuickShare, or Vibe's own casting option from a browser.
Note: Please make sure your device is connected to the same WiFi network as the Vibe board.
1. For Mac/iOS:
If you use Apple products that have Airplay capability, simply use Airplay to connect wirelessly to the Vibe board.
2. For Windows:
You can cast from Windows devices using the QuickShare app, which can be downloaded for free here (https://dl.vibe.us/screencast). Once you download QuickShare, unzip and open the QuickShare app "screencast.exe". If you are on the same WiFi as your Vibe board, it should show up on your list. Select your Vibe Board, hit "Connect", and then you can "Share Screen" to project your content on to Vibe.
Right now, it is the only wireless screencast option that has a touchback feature, which means you can control your device from the screen on the Vibe board.
3. For Android:
You can scan the QR code to download the QuickShare app to mirror your screen from Android devices.
4. From a Chrome or Firefox browser:
Vibe has our very own screencasting software you can access using either desktop Chrome or Firefox browser: cast.vibe.us.
Once you go to cast.vibe.us, you may be prompted to install the Vibe Cast Chrome extension.
After you have successfully installed the Chrome extension, see the detected device list and find yours to screencast.
If you can’t find the device directly in the list, type your device‘s name then enter to cast.
After you click cast, you'll see a window where you can choose which screen you want to share.
We also have HDMI IN and HDMI OUT interfaces. You can use HDMI IN to input your computer screen to Vibe or use HDMI out to project Vibe's screen to another device (such as a larger screen or to a projector).
To do so, please connect your device via HDMI to the back of your Vibe board (not to the computing box on the side of Vibe).
You could also enjoy the touchback feature when using HDMI by connecting your device via an additional USB cable with the Vibe board.
