How to submit feedback

75 1 This article applies to the Vibe Board Pro 75 and S1 55".

If you encounter any problems during Vibe board use or wish to contact us for onboarding or support, here are the ways:

Submit feedback from your Vibe board.
Tap on the ^ caret on your Vibe board in the bottom right hand corner. Then select the "Help and Feedback" option. 

In the pop-up menu, select " Send Feedback". Type the problem you are experiencing and make sure "Send system information and metrics" is checked and your email address is included.  Submit it by hitting "send" in the button right of the dialog.
